Community Impact & Personal Life
Beyond real estate, Fara is deeply committed to her community. She currently serves on special task forces for the MAAR Governmental Affairs Committee and is a coherent healer with the Center of the Magnet Group, and is an avid supporter of the Lausanne Community. Her extensive philanthropic history includes serving on the Kindred Place Board, Memphis Land Bank Authority, the Women’s Foundation of Greater Memphis Grants Committee, as a MAAR Education Foundation Trustee, and on several MAAR committees over the years.
A former player for the New Orleans and Memphis Women's Rugby Clubs, Fara was also a pioneering coach for the Memphis Inner City Rugby Organization's first high school girls' teams. Today, she loves supporting her husband, Chris, at his rugby tournaments across the globe. A dedicated mother to two children and one pup, Fara spends her spare time learning to garden, playing pickleball, and attempting to run a 5-minute mile. With over a million miles traveled, she is always looking for new ways to visit friends worldwide, explore new countries, and learn new languages.
