About Christopher
Following nearly ten years in private practice with a top-tier Bahamian law firm, first as a real estate attorney and then as a partner, Christopher brings a depth of understanding unique to the Bahamian real estate profession. In practice he represented resort developers and high-net-worth buyers and sellers, advising on investment regulations, concessionary tax legislation, financing, land title, immigration and economic residency. As an estate agent, Christopher combines his legal knowledge and negotiation skills with a track record of placing his clients' interests first. His extensive contacts across law, banking, insurance, surveying, construction and real estate support services give clients a comprehensive first point of contact, whether buying or selling. Christopher also brings a love of architecture, inherited from his father, who moved to The Bahamas with Sir Robert McAlpine Construction in 1959. A native of The Bahamas, he lived in England for 15 years and has traveled widely; after university he sailed a leg of an around-the-world yacht race from South Africa to Western Australia. When he's not working, he enjoys the outdoors with friends and family and island-hopping with his wife and daughter. He maintains memberships with The Bar of England and Wales and The Bahamas Bar Association.
